　　Today, the school held a parent-child tug of war competition. My father and I participated in this activity on behalf of the class. In the process of the competition, we all worked hard and sweated a lot to win honor for the class. However, after several rounds of competition, I was still lack of strength and didn't win the first place. I was very sad.

　　放学了，爸爸妈妈告诉我，我们尽力了就好了，比赛重在参与，享受过程，累积经验，学会下次比赛怎么战胜。

　　After school, mom and dad told me that we should try our best. The competition focuses on participation, enjoying the process, accumulating experience and learning how to win the next competition.
